This guide shows you how to log an activity yourself when you do not want to track it live (for example, you forgot to start tracking, or exercised without your phone or band). A manually logged activity counts toward your day.
Steps
- Open the app and tap the Plus menu.
- Select Log activity manually (add activity).
- Choose the activity type.
- Set the duration.
- Set the time the activity took place.
- Save. The activity now counts toward your day.
Verify it worked
The activity appears in your day and in Activity History, and counts toward your daily metrics.
