The Activity Score shows how much you've moved throughout the day. It reflects your daily effort — from workouts to simple everyday movement — and helps you see whether you're staying active enough to support your health and recovery.
"Am I moving enough today to feel my best?"
How the Activity Score is Calculated
- Active Points — Points earned through physical effort. More intensity and duration = more points.
- Move Hours — The number of hours in a day when you've taken at least 100 steps. This helps you avoid long sedentary periods.
- Steps — Your total step count throughout the day, including all activity types.
Each metric is compared to your personal 30-day baseline, so your score adapts to your own habits and goals.
Score Ranges
- 80–100: Excellent — you've reached or exceeded your daily activity targets.
- 60–79: Moderate — you've moved a fair amount, but there's still room to increase activity or intensity.
- 40–59: Needs Attention — movement levels are below your usual pattern; consider adding light walks or short workouts.
- Below 40: Low — very little movement detected; try to stay active with small bursts of activity.
Why It Matters
- Encourages consistent movement throughout the day.
- Helps maintain cardiovascular fitness and energy balance.
- Supports better sleep, mood, and recovery.
- Builds awareness of how even small amounts of activity impact your Health Score.
