What is the Health Score?
Your Health Score (0–100) combines Readiness (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate) and Activity (steps, move hours, Active Points) to show your daily balance of recovery and movement. It is personalised to your 30-day baseline.
What are Active Points?
Active Points turn your effort — intensity and duration — into one number that is easy to compare. Every move counts, from walking to workouts, helping you track progress and stay motivated.
Why is my Readiness Score low today?
Your Readiness Score reflects how recovered your body is. A low score often means your body is still adapting — caused by poor sleep, elevated resting heart rate, low HRV, or high stress. Take it as a signal to rest, hydrate, and prioritise recovery before intense activity.
What is my baseline and why does it matter?
Your baseline represents your recent 30 days of data. For new users, the app starts building it during the first 7 days, then gradually expands until it reflects your latest 30 days. This makes your Health and Readiness Scores adapt to your current lifestyle and show how your body changes over time.
