Can Two People Share One Band?
The Band is designed for one user at a time. It connects to a single account. A second person can use the Band, but only one person can be connected at a time. To switch users:
- The first user taps the band icon (top right) → taps the band icon again → selects "Unpair band" and waits for the process to finish.
- The second user opens the app, logs into their own account, and pairs the Band.
If the second user sees a "Band already in use" error, the original account may still have the Band linked. See the Troubleshooting Pairing Issues section.
How Do I Delete My Account?
To request account deletion, type 'agent' and a team member will process it for you. Note: deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your health data, scores, and history will be removed.
I Was Travelling Across Time Zones and My Data Seems Corrupted
If you changed time zones during your 7-day onboarding period, your data may not display correctly. Your readiness, activity, and insights might be missing or look incorrect. This is a known edge case. Type 'agent' and share the details of your travel so the team can investigate.
The App No Longer Has Calorie Intake / Food Tracking
The food and calorie intake logging feature was removed in a recent app update. This feature is no longer available in the current version of the app. The Band continues to track calories burned (Active Calories). If you have questions about this change, type "agent" to speak with a team member.
