To get started with health tracking, you'll need to connect your Band to the app.
Before You Begin
- Make sure your Band is charged and powered on.
- Keep your band close to your phone.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
Pair Your Device
- Open the app and tap Start Pairing.
- Your band will appear in a list of available devices.
- Check the serial number at the bottom of your device to select the correct one.
- Tap Pair Device.
- Wait for the pairing and sync process to complete.
Once pairing is complete, your Band will automatically start syncing health data with the app.
Troubleshooting Pairing Issues
- My device isn't showing up
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
- Check that your band is powered on and hasn't gone to sleep.
- The device appeared and then disappeared
- Move your band closer to your phone.
- Restart the app and try again.
- Seeing a "band already in use" message
- This almost always means the band is still linked to a different account — most commonly your original account if you recently created a new one.
- Log in to your original account → band icon (top right) → Unpair band → wait for the process to finish → log in to your new account and pair again.
- If you no longer have access to your original account, type 'agent' to reach our team.
- The band might be connected to another phone
- Unpair the band from the other device before reconnecting.
- The band won't turn on
- Charge your Band for at least 15 minutes and retry.
- Bluetooth is on, but nothing shows up
- Restart your phone and reopen the app.
- Still not working? Type 'agent' to reach our team.
Next Steps
- Data will sync automatically when your band is nearby and Bluetooth is on.
- You can start tracking your activity, recovery, and sleep right away.
