If you are experiencing issues with your Band, here are the most common problems and how to solve them.
Band Won't Connect
- Make sure your band is turned on.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone.
- In the app, unpair the band and then close the app completely.
- Reopen the app, turn Bluetooth back on, and try to reconnect.
If this does not help, perform a hard reset (see instructions below).
No Data Showing in the App
- Check if your band is connected and try syncing again.
- If data still does not appear, restart the app and reconnect your band.
- If the problem continues, perform a hard reset.
Battery Drains Too Quickly
- Fully charge your band for at least 3 hours to calibrate the battery.
- Resume normal use.
- If the issue remains, type 'agent' to reach our team.
Hard Reset (if your Band freezes or won't sync)
⚠️ This will delete all data from the Band.
- Place the Band on the charger.
- Press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
- The band will vibrate three short times and then once long.
- A purple LED will blink three times to confirm the reset.
