Released 24 September 2026 - iOS + Android
This update adds manual sleep logging, makes workouts more accurate and fixes a long list of smaller issues.
What's new
- Log or edit your sleep - add a missed night or fix a wrong one, for any of the last 7 nights. Open Sleep, go to the night and tap Log Sleep (missing night) or Edit Sleep (wrong night). How to log or edit your sleep manually
- Manual activities count toward your day - activities you log by hand now add to your daily Active Points and calories.
- Close the reconnect banner - tap the X on the band reconnect banner on Home to hide it for 15 minutes.
- Open Garmin Connect or Oura from Rolla - when your data looks out of date, the app offers a button that opens the Garmin Connect or Oura app so you can sync.
Improvements
- More accurate workouts: GPS distance, average heart rate, average speed, swim pace, and calories for workouts that sync later.
- Better route maps, including a heading-up map, and GPS tracking now recovers after a fast segment (for example a car or bus ride).
- If you stop an activity that is very short or recorded no distance, the app asks whether to continue, save it anyway or discard it.
- Cycling shows your live speed, and paused workouts no longer look frozen.
- Insights: older insights keep loading as you scroll back, and the Unread filter now shows all unread cards.
- Scores and leaderboards: correct dates and cooldowns, clearer score text and a cleaner score history chart.
- More reliable band sync and reconnect on Android.
- After signing in to Garmin or Oura, the app now brings you back automatically.
- Tapping a notification opens the right screen.
Changes and fixes
- Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Cold Plunge are now saved as time only and no longer give calories or Active Points.
- After you re-accept the terms, the app no longer asks you to set your goals again.
- The Change Email screen now explains when your email is managed by Apple or Google.
- Stability fixes on Android.
