Keeping your Band firmware up to date ensures you always get the most accurate health metrics in the app.
How to Update Firmware
- Open the app and tap the band icon (top right) to open Band Status. If another data source is primary, go to Profile → settings icon → Data Sources → Band → three dots → Band Settings.
- If a new version is available, the firmware version shows an orange warning and the app shows Firmware update available.
- Tap Update now to start updating your band.
Before You Update
- Your band has more than 20% battery.
- Bluetooth is connected.
- You have a stable internet connection.
- Stay connected until the update is fully completed.
Firmware Update Success
Once the update is finished, you will see a confirmation message. Tap the green Finish button to complete the process.
Firmware Update Failed
If the update fails, you will see a notification. Simply tap the green Try Again button to restart the update.
