How the Health Score is Calculated
- Readiness Score — based on Sleep, HRV, and Resting Heart Rate.
- Activity Score — based on Active Points, Move Hours, and Steps.
Each factor is analysed, weighted, and combined into your daily Health Score.
Score Ranges
- 80–100: Excellent — strong readiness and high activity. A well-balanced day with optimal performance.
- 60–79: Moderate — overall good balance, though either readiness or activity may be slightly lower.
- 40–59: Needs Attention — signs of fatigue, lack of sleep, or low activity.
- Below 40: Low — both activity and readiness are low.
