Connect your Garmin Connect account to use Garmin data — activities, sleep, heart rate, and steps — inside the Rolla app. The integration is available on iOS and Android.
How to connect Garmin
- Open the Rolla app.
- Go to Settings → Data Sources.
- Tap Garmin Connect and sign in with your Garmin account.
- Authorise Rolla to read your activity, sleep, and health data.
Rolla only reads data from Garmin Connect — nothing is written back to your Garmin account.
Using Garmin alongside the Rolla Band or other sources
- You can connect multiple data sources at once (e.g. Rolla Band + Garmin + Apple Health).
- Set a primary source in Settings → Data Sources — your Health Score, Readiness, and Activity Score are calculated from the primary.
- If the primary source is unpaired, the remaining source is automatically promoted on the next sync.
What syncs from Garmin
- Activities (with GPS routes for outdoor workouts where Garmin provides them)
- Steps and active minutes
- Resting heart rate and continuous heart rate
- Sleep stages and duration
- Calorie data
Troubleshooting
- Data not showing up? Open Garmin Connect on your phone to force a sync, then pull-to-refresh in Rolla.
- Wrong account connected? Disconnect from Settings → Data Sources → Garmin Connect → Disconnect, then reconnect with the correct account.
- Same Garmin account on multiple Rolla accounts? Only the most recently connected Rolla account receives regular updates — connect just one.
