Why you’re “stuck”
A day won’t unlock until the app has all required metrics for the previous day (e.g., last night’s sleep, RHR/HRV, or daytime activity). If something’s missing, the flow pauses and resumes automatically when data arrives. There is no skip and no reset.
Fast checks to move forward
Wear the band overnight so the app can read Sleep, RHR, and HRV in the morning.
Open the app after waking to let it check and sync.
Stay active during the day (steps, move hours; track workouts for Active Points).
If you were offline, connect to the internet and open the app to sync.
How locking/unlocking works
The app evaluates yesterday each morning.
If complete → today’s content unlocks immediately.
If incomplete → it waits and checks again as data comes in (e.g., late sync).
Messages you’ll see
Days 1–6: “Each day brings you closer to your score.”
Day 7: “Your score unlocks tomorrow, once your baseline is ready.”
These appear under the Health Score area to set expectations.
Still not progressing?
Charge the band for 20 minutes and open the app on Wi-Fi.
Check phone permissions (Bluetooth/Location) and ensure the app is allowed to run in the background.
If a day remains locked after you’ve captured a full night and normal activity, contact support over include Profile → Settings → Support.
