- Review everything you've learned.
- Celebrate completing your first week.
- Unlock your full daily Health Score (0–100) — now you'll see the complete picture every day.
After Onboarding
- From Day 8 onward, you'll use your Health Score daily.
- You'll receive personalised insights, recovery guidance, and activity nudges.
Tip: Don't worry if you miss a day — guides remain unlocked once available. You can always catch up at your own pace.
