Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes. You may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Band and related services, without giving a reason. Type 'agent' within that 14-day period to start the cancellation, and return the goods within a further 14 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds (including the standard outbound delivery charge) are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of their return.
Can my refund amount be reduced?
Yes. A deduction from your refund may be made if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
I bought my Band from a distributor or partner. How do I return it?
If your Band or services were purchased from one of our clients or official distributors, you must contact that partner directly. Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to the partner's own policies.
What if I am not satisfied with my Band or services?
If you are unhappy with your Band or services, you may cancel and return them at your own cost within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund, less return shipping costs.
Where should I send my return?
Once your return request is confirmed by email, you will receive the correct return address and further instructions.
