Important Notes
- ?? Two apps cannot connect simultaneously - close one before using the other
- Keep phone within ~10m during workouts
- Wait for heart rate to appear before starting
- Green light = activity is recording
- Daily steps are automatic; workouts need manual start with '+'
Why do my step counts not match (total activity vs a workout, or across screens)?
Background steps and tracked-workout steps are counted separately and reconcile after the band syncs, so totals can differ briefly. To refresh, open the app, tap the band icon (top right), tap the three dots, choose Disconnect band, then reconnect and check for a firmware update. Make sure your body weight is entered correctly, as it affects activity calculations.
